Additionally, when employing high-power output tubes like 845, 211, 805A, etc., the STR can replace rectifier tubes in medium to small output power tube amps, preamps, buffers, DACs, etc. For smaller power output tubes like 300B, 2A3, etc., the STR is compatible only with small output power single-ended power amps, preamps, buffers, DACs, etc.
